[簡易食譜] 四杯惹味牛肋條 | Homemade special beef stew
在朋友的Facebook 見到這食譜, 好想試做, 只以四杯調味慢火炆煮,出來效果很好, 非常美味, 各位來試試.
做法如下：
牛肋骨/牛肋條
牛肋骨蘸粉煎過四面
洋蔥+紅蘿蔔+西芹+煎過的牛肋骨
加一杯糖一杯醋一杯酒一杯豉油
慢火炆1.5小時
